Shivamogga: In a tragic incident, a youth drowned while swimming in Mavattur lake on Sunday January 1.
The deceased has been identified as Prasanna Bhat (26), a resident of Hosanagara in the District. He was MP B. Y. Raghavendra’s photographer.
It is learnt that Prasanna Bhat had come in a car with his friends in the evening. The incident took place under Kanakapura Rural Police Station Limits and the body has been sent for postmortem.
