Beltangady: A 14-year-old boy allegedly died by suicide at his residence in Kuriyala near Baipadi in Bandaru village on Sunday morning, August 30, in a tragic incident that has left his family and local community shocked.
The deceased has been identified as Shravan B K, son of Bharath Gowda. He was a Class 9 student at Vani High School in Halekote.
According to the details available, the boy had celebrated his birthday on Saturday evening. The following morning, he was found hanging from the roof of his house.
