Mangaluru: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM), Diocese of Mangalore, has announced its Diocesan Executive Committee (DEXCO) for the 2026–2027 term, bringing together a team of dedicated youth leaders committed to strengthening faith, service and leadership across the diocese.

The newly constituted committee will function under the guidance of Most Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of the Diocese of Mangalore and Chairman of the Youth Commission, with Rev. Fr Praveen D’Souza serving as the Director.

The executive committee comprises:

The newly appointed DEXCO is expected to lead various diocesan initiatives aimed at nurturing faith, encouraging leadership, promoting social responsibility and fostering active participation among Catholic youth across the Diocese of Mangalore.

Through spiritual formation, community outreach, leadership programmes and service initiatives, the committee will continue ICYM’s mission of empowering young people to become responsible leaders in the Church and society
