Mangaluru: Author, orator and law graduate Reshel Bretny Fernandes has been appointed as an office-bearer of the Dakshina Kannada District Youth Congress, marking her formal entry into the organisation’s leadership team.
Fernandes, who recently joined the Youth Congress, is recognised for her writings and public speaking, through which she has consistently voiced issues concerning young people and encouraged youth participation in public life.
