Mangaluru: The Rotary Club Mangaluru Hill-Side will hold its installation ceremony for the Rotary year 2026–27 on July 1 at the banquet hall of Ocean Pearl Hotel, Navabharath Circle, Mangaluru.
During the ceremony, Rotarian Deepa Rao will assume office as the President of the club, while Rotarian Dr. Chandini Shetty will take charge as the Secretary. The new team of office-bearers for the Rotary year 2026–27 will also be installed.
Noted fashion designer and entrepreneur Alka Manoj will attend the programme as the Chief Guest. Rotary Assistant Governor Rotarian Praveen Chandra Sharma and Zonal Lieutenant Rotarian Rajesh Shetty will grace the occasion as distinguished guests.
The installation ceremony is scheduled to commence in the evening and is expected to be attended by Rotary members, invited guests, and well-wishers.
The event marks the beginning of a new Rotary year, with the incoming leadership expected to continue the club’s commitment to community service, humanitarian initiatives, and fellowship through various projects and outreach programmes in and around Mangaluru.
