Mangaluru: Sunshine Sapling, the business and training facility developed by Sapling Multi Ventures Private Limited, has been awarded the ACCE(I) MLR UltraTech Award 2025 in the Outstanding Multi Storeyed Structure category for Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts. The recognition was conferred at the 17th Annual ACCE(I) MLR Awards held at the Milagres Hall Complex, Mangaluru, celebrating excellence in civil engineering, construction quality, and sustainable design.

The award recognises Sunshine Sapling’s high standards in structural integrity, safety, sustainability, architectural planning, and its wider contribution to the regional business ecosystem.
Award ceremony and recognition
The award was presented by a distinguished panel comprising Engineer Raghavendra Desai, Regional Head – Marketing, UltraTech Cement Ltd (South Karnataka); Ranganath Aithal, Past Chairman, ACCE Mangaluru; and Engineer Srivastava Subramani, Regional Head – Technical, UltraTech Cement (South Karnataka).
The honour was received on behalf of Sapling Multi Ventures by Valerian Dalmaida (Business Advisor), Ashok Kumar K (General Manager), Shriya Shetty (Project Manager), and Abhilash (Engineer).
