  • Ashraf (44), a resident of Sunkadakatte Marjipalla, tragically passed away on May 6. He operated a small shop near his residence.
  • On the evening of May 5, Ashraf retired to bed after dinner and was discovered lifeless the following morning. His wife attributed his demise to a sudden cardiac arrest.
  • Subsequently, Ashraf was interred at Rahmania Juma Masjid of Kanyana Bandithadka.

Complaint and Exhumation:

  • Ibrahim, Ashraf’s brother, who was away in Pune at the time of Ashraf’s demise, now harbors suspicions surrounding the circumstances of his brother’s death.
  • Fearing foul play, Ibrahim has lodged a formal complaint with the Manjeshwar police, prompting authorities to order the exhumation of Ashraf’s body for forensic scrutiny.
