Mudhola witnessed a strong show of solidarity as a coalition of minority-friendly organizations staged a protest on Monday, condemning the recent sexual assault on a minor girl in the city.
The rally, led by KPCC District Minority Unit President Shafiq Bepari, culminated in a memorandum submitted to the Tehsildar.

Bepari unequivocally stated, “Sexual violence against women and minors is an unforgivable crime. Such criminals deserve nothing less than capital punishment – they should be hanged.”
Simrin Bisti, a key organizer, emphasized, “Rapists must face severe punishment, regardless of caste, creed, or religion. We will tirelessly work to ensure justice for victims.”
Social activist Yallappa Hegde urged, “Incidents like these must be brought to light, and those harming society’s fabric must face consequences.”
