Mysuru: A seven-month-old prematurely aborted fetus was disposed off by its biological mother in a sewage drain in Gayathripuram 2nd phase in the city on November 6.
The dead fetus was first noticed by the public, who later informed Nazarbad police. The cops had a tough time dispersing the anxious crowd that had gathered to have glimpses of the dead fetus.
The public were seen cursing the mother for shortening life of the unborn by resorting to abortion which they feel has resulted in its death.
