Mysuru: A rare guest has checked-in at the Jungle Lodges at Karapura in Antharsanthe forest limits over the last two days. This guest is none other than a big cat that has left everyone around in a state of fear and anxiety.
The forest department has been trying all possible ways to trap the tiger and tamed elephants like Arjuna, Abhimanyu and Krishna have been pressed to action to accomplish the difficult feat. However, the operation that has been going on since two days has entered its third day and there are no traces of the Big Cat.
The tracking camera installed by the forest officials has captured rushes of the tiger, which has confirmed that the tiger is in the lodge premises. Over 50 forest personnel have camped at the lodge to capture the tiger. Meanwhile, over 60 tourists who had come to the Jungle Lodge to enjoy the beautiful Kabini backwaters and a Safari are biting their nails!
The forest officials, who are confident of capturing the tiger by Monday night have told the tourists that they need not worry about their safety.
