The GP Member holding a poster saying that reward for honesty is holding a box called alms pot and holding a cloth over his mouth. He in a poster stated that he is begging from villagers as he has to pay bribe for development work in his ward. Corruption is like diabetes. It will completely destroy us and our community. There is a situation in our country where bribery is required for doing duty. Corruption is running rampant in our panchayat, he alleged.
The GP Member urged the Government to conduct an investigation into the works done under the 15th fiscal and MNREGS during the last two years. Drinking water pipes and electricity bulbs are available at low prices, but they have given high prices and looted lakhs of rupees.
