Chamarajanagara: Students, villagers stage protest against improper bus facility

Chamarajanagara: Students and villagers of Deshipura in Gundlupet Taluk of the District staged a protest by blocking a KSRTC bus demanding proper bus arrangements.

The protesters blocked a KSRTC bus at Deshipura village in the Taluk and placed stones in the middle of the road and protested against the Depot Managers and officials and demanded that the buses be provided properly.

Speaking on the occasion, the villagers said that there are no buses for the students to go to schools and colleges in the morning and evening. The students were unable to go as the bus was coming to the village at 8.00 am. After that there is a bus only at 10.00 am, we are not able to reach the school on time, students rued. This has also added to the problem of not only the students but also villagers.
