Mysuru: The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has launched a QR code-based ticketing system, allowing passengers to make UPI payments quickly and conveniently. The new QR code ticketing upgrade is intended to simplify travel for the thousands of KSRTC passengers who rely on these services daily. Each ticket now generates a unique, dynamic QR code that autofills the payable amount, enhancing security with features such as password protection and access management. Passengers can scan the code with any UPI-enabled app, completing payments that are instantly transferred to KSRTC’s account.
