Mandya: As part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Department of Archaeology and Survey of India will offer free entry to Dariya Daulat, Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace at Srirangapattana from August 5 to August 15.
The free entry is facilitated as per the order of Ministry of Culture. While the entry fee offline for Indians who are above 15 years of age is Rs 25, for foreigners it is Rs. 250. Further, entry fee online is Rs. 20 for Indians and Rs. 200 for foreigners.
The monument sees as many as 500 to 600 visitors everyday.
