Mandya: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday lashed out at BJP leader Shobha Karandlaje and said that she needs to undergo Narco Analysis Test.
Addressing media persons on October 29, the CM said, “We have constituted a committee with regard to power purchase scam durng BJP’s rule in Karnataka. In the assembly, former CM H D Kumaraswamy had proposed the matter and the report will be submitted by October 30 which will decide who is at fault.”
Shobha is helpless and that is why she is making confusing statements when the report on the scam is not yet out. I will react once the report is out, he added.
The House committee headed by Energy Minister D K Shivakumar following a complaint from Kumaraswamy is probing the allegations about purchase of power to the tune of Rs 28,000 crore, allegedly violating norms.
