Mysuru: The Mysuru District Administration has issued a ban on all the fairs in the City in view of the Karnataka Legislative Council polls on Friday December 10.
The Code of Conduct has been issued in the District to facilitate the smooth conduct of polls. In order to ensure that the code of conduct is not violated, Mysuru Deputy Commissioner Dr. Bagadi Gautham has issued an order under Section 114 prohibiting all the fairs.
Further, under section a ban on transporting, storing and selling all types of liquor from 4.00 pm on Wednesday December 8 till 12.00 am on Sunday December 12 too has been imposed.
