Mysuru: A condolence meeting for R. Dhruvanarayan was organised by the Congress Party at Dodda Kavalande Village in Nanjanagudu Taluk. They paid floral tributes to the portrait of R. Dhruvanarayan, observed silence and paid homage to him.

Block Congress President Kurahatti Mahesh said, “Dhruvanarayan, the only people’s representative who has always been responsive to the problems of the people, has not left us but is with us. He did politics without any black spot and was regarded as the best MP in the Country, he noted.

“We had to follow in their footsteps. We will stand for the development of Nanjanagudu by giving a ticket to his son Darshan Dhruvanarayan from Hanchinagud Assembly Constituency,” he added.

Thus, in the meeting, Congress Activists demanded that Darshan Dhruvanarayan should be given a ticket.
