Mysuru: The Mysuru District Amateur Theatre Artistes’ Forum has organised a ‘Mysuru RangaHabba’ from Wednesday March 22 to Monday March 27 at Kiru Rangamandira in Rangayana here, said Vedike President Suresh Babu.
Speaking at a press meet at District Press Club here, he said that it will be held in association with the Department of Kannada and Culture. On this occasion, amateur troupes from Mysuru will present plays, seminars and World Theatre Day programmes, he noted.
The opening ceremony will be held on Wednesday March 22 at 6.00 pm. Theatre and Film Actors Mandya Ramesh and Kannada and Culture Department Joint Director V. N. Mallikarjunaswamy will be the Chief Guests.
Office-bearers and Members of Mysuru District Amateur Theatre Artistes’ Forum and Amateur Theatre Artistes from Mysuru will participate.
