Mysuru: A tigress and her four cubs have recently been spotted in the Kabini backwaters of the Antarsante area of HD Kote Taluk in Chamarajanagara District. The sighting of the big cat enthralled the tourists who were on a tiger safari.
While going on safari in the backwaters of Kabini on Friday December 9, a female tiger known as a backwater female was spotted. Tourists captured the photographs of the cubs and tigress. The tiger and the cubs strolled comfortably and freely in the forest.
On Wednesday December 7, a tigress named Sundari and her cub captured the attention of tourists in the forest area of Bandipura. It had not been seen for over a year.
Sundari, which had migrated to the Madumalai forest, has reappeared in Bandipura. Tourists watched the Sundari walking with the cub. After the death of the Tiger named Prince, which was a favourite of tourists in Bandipura, Sundari is now attracting everyone’s attention.
