Mysuru varsity to provide educational assistance to soldier Mahesh’s kin

Mysuru: The Vice-Chancellor of Mysuru University Professor K S Rangappa has said that the varsity would provide educational assistance to the kin of the Siachen soldier Mahesh, who died last week in deadly avalanche.
Speaking at a press meet, the VC said that the University has already come forward to provide educational help to the families of those farmers who committed suicide in the state. Similarly, University will hold a meeting in this regard to provide educational help to the brave soldiers families.

In the press meet he also informed that 31st National Youth Festival will be held at Manasagangotri for five days from February 15 to 19. Over 70 universities and 1200 students will be participating in the event, he said.
