Mysuru: Congress Leader and Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that the bad governance by ruling BJP Government is the cause behind power crisis caused by shortage of coal.

Speaking to mediapersons here on Sunday May 1 he said that  though the Union Minister for Coal and Mines Pralhad Joshi said no scarcity of  coal in the country, the mal administration of BJP is causing shortage of coal. He said that the bureaucrats are not listening to ministers. I have never seen such a bad government. He alleged that the government failed to distribute coal owing to corruption.

Further, Siddu alleged that the government is dead in State. Chief Minister and Home Minister are incapable. BJP doesn’t know how to rule, and that they are demanding bribe in all the examinations made for various government appointments, he noted.

He said Former Chief Ministers B. S. Yeddiyurappa’s sons are in active politics, and then how can BJP Leader B. L. Santhosh is making allegations against Congress for dynasty politics?

Referring to acid attack accused still at large Siddaramaiah said that the Home Department has failed in all the issues. He said that the CM Basavaraj Bommai is not from RSS hence BJP is changing CM to facilitate RSS person. He said that rampant corruption took place in selection of 545 Sub Inspectors posts. The cancellation of appointment would do injustice to selected PSIs. The people are waiting for assembly elections to bring down the BJP Government, he remarked.
