Gundlupet: Authorities have taken steps to address the ongoing issues with the drinking water supply at the historically significant Gopalaswamy Hill.
Following a report by News Karnataka highlighting the water shortage for pilgrims visiting the hill, District Collector Shilpanag B of Chamrajnagar personally visited the location today. During her visit, she inspected the water supply facility and instructed forest department officials to conduct a comprehensive assessment.
Consequently, the water supply system, which had been experiencing disruptions over the last three to four months, has been fully restored, guaranteeing a sufficient water source for travellers.
