Mysuru: Close on the heels of State Government announcing reduction in 10 percent of guidance value  for houses, and sites till March 31 next the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) also eased norms for issuing No Objection Certificate (NOC).

The MUDA has made arrangements to issue NOC from Janurary 1 to help those who own MUDA sites and houses  to secure loan from nationalised banks without hassles.

In a press release from the office of MUDA Chairman H. V. Rajeev informed that the new initiative is expected to ease the problems faced by those owning MUDA sites in getting NOC from the Authority all these years.

NOC is a must to get loan to build houses and buildings. Now site, and house owners need not wander to go to Tahsildar’s office to get NOCs as all the 8 zonal offices of MUDA in Mysuru would issue the NOCs.
