MYMUL announces Rs 2 incentive per litre for milk producers from Ugadi

Mysuru: The Mysuru District Co-operative Milk Producers Societies Union Ltd (MYMUL) has given good news for the milk producers on the occasion of Ugadi festival.

MYMUL has announced Rs 2 per litre of milk as an incentive amount for the milk producers to support and encourage farmers. M. Prasanna, President of MYMUL, said “Rs. 2 per litre of milk as an incentive will be provided to encourage the milk producers. MYMUL has not increased incentive in the past year. Now with an aim to provide assistance to farmers, the incentive has been increased.

Currently, the rate of milk is Rs 27.20 per litre. The rate will be 29.20 per litre including an incentive of Rs. 2 per litre from the day of Ugadi festival
