Mysuru: In a shocking incident, a farmer escaped unhurt after being attacked by a tiger in broad daylight at Ballurhundi Village in Nanjanagudu Taluk of the District on Monday December 12.
While grazing the cattle in the field, the tigress appeared and pounced on a farmer named Swami (52). When the public screamed loudly, tigress left him and fled.
When the villagers informed Forest Officials, Swamy was immediately rushed to the hospital for further treatment. He has suffered serious injuries on his head and cheeks and face.
