Mysuru: Committee urges Ashram to stick to its promise

Mysuru: The Government Maharani NTM School Struggle Committee has demanded that Sri Ramakrishna Ashram should stick to its promise and reconstruct the school in Mysuru.

The committee members who staged a protest on Wednesday August 24 at Basaveshwara Circle here, said that Sri Ramakrishna Ashram should see what is right. They said that a school should be built along with the memorial.

“The school is already dilapidated, the school should be built on the memorial site.” The members said that the struggle will continue until the management of Sri Ramakrishna Ashram gives in to our demands. They demanded that Sri Ramakrishna Ashram should announce the construction of one portion of the site.

Former Mayor Purushottama, Leaders Parthasarathy, T. Ravigowda, Ravindra, Siddappa, Siddalingappa, P. Marankaiah, B. Mahadeva and many others participated in the protest.
