Mysuru: The owner of Patak Developers, Srihari Patak, has been arrested by the City Police.
According to sources, Srihari was earlier arrested for allegedly defrauding several property buyers by taking payment in advance and failing to return the apartments. He was arrested in 2019 and a local court set him free on bail.
He escaped after being granted bail and did not attend for the proceedings. On November 3, Patak was arrested in Mumbai by a special team, who then brought him to the City.
