Mysuru: The Fire Brigade Personnel rescued four members of a family at Hullahalli Village of Nanjanagudu Taluk, who were trapped in a waterlogged house due to heavy rain.

Normal life was affected following heavy rains for a week. Low-lying areas and houses were inundated by water. Water entered 15 houses near Shani Mahatma Temple in Kambad Kolli of Hullahalli Village and created chaos. One of Basavaraju’s family members was trapped in the house as the water was filling up around. The Fire Brigade personnel immediately rushed to the spot and rescued the people who were trapped in the house.

The road connecting Nanjangudu to Hullahalli was completely closed due to the rainwater flowing on the road. When it rains often, water
enters the houses. So the locals have demanded that the Government should find a permanent solution and solve their problems.
