Mysuru: Hanuma Jayanti celebration, police take out march

Mysuru: As part of Hanuman Jayanthi celebrations to be held on December 7, police led by District Superintendent of Police R. Chethan took out a march across the city.

The procession, which started under the guidance of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) Raviprasad from the DySP’s office premises in the City, passed through the road in front of the bus stand, Constitution Circle, Old Bus Stand Road, Gokula Road, Shabbir Nagar, Kalpataru Circle, TAPCMS Road, Visvesvaraya Circle, Ganeshgudi Street, Fort Circle, JLB Road, Bazaar Road, Akshaya Bhandar Circle and culminated near the DySP’s office.

More than 400 police personnel including SP, DySP, Inspectors Srinivas, C. V. Ravi Chikkaswamy, five Inspectors of Hunsuru Sub-Division, 22 SIs ASI, Head Constables and 300 personnel participated in the parade.
