Mysuru: A 42-year-old woman in a live-in relationship succumbed to the murderous attack allegedly carried out by her partner in the City.
The deceased has been identified as Bhagya of Sardar Vallababai Patel Nagar. Her live-in-partner Rachappa the accused has been arrested by Alanahalli Police over murder charges.
Rachappa who is a widower was in relationship with Bhagya, who was staying separately from her husband for the last 10 years. Rachappa was working with a banana merchant at Devaraja Market in the City.
Recently, on Monday September 5, the two quarrelled over a monetary dispute and Rachappa allegedly in a fit of rage carried an attack on her. The severely wounded Bhagya had been admitted at K. R. Hospital where she succumbed.
