Mysuru: Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) Mayor Shivakumar on Tuesday September 13 visited some of the important areas in the City. Shivakumar was touring the city to get a first-hand account of the situation as the famous Mysuru Dasara 2022 was only a few weeks away.
Upset that things were not in place, the Mayor took concerned officials to task. Shivakumar questioned the officials after visiting Five Light Circle in Lashkar Mohalla as well. Looking at the shabby civil works, the Mayor wanted to know from the officials if they are not efficient. Shivakumar asked the officials to concentrate on cleanliness and to finish all the civil works before the Dasara begins.
He also inspected the multi-level car parking work at the premises of Sri Rangacharlu Memorial Town Hall on Ashoka Road here, and civil works on Kantha Raj Urs Road and Ashoka Circle.
