Hanagodu: A wild buffalo that was injured in a tiger attack at Billenahosahalli, near here on Sunday May 19.
The forest guard Yogesh, foresters Rajashekar and Jayaravi spotted the injured wild buffalo besides Laxmanteerta river in Billenahosalli that lies on the edge of Nagarahole National Sanctuary, near here on Sunday night, when they were returning to Sannagadde camp.
The wild buffalo was incapacitated owing to tiger attack, while the villagers and farmers in the neighbouring villages were hurrying to see the injured buffalo.
