These districts are expected to experience severe cold wave conditions, with temperatures dropping 4°C below normal.

Chintamani: 10.4°C
Bengaluru: Minimum temperature fell to 14°C, 2.4°C below normal, with HAL Airport recording 12.6°C, 3°C below normal.
The dip in temperatures is attributed to northerly winds from hilly regions, with cold conditions likely to persist for the next 2–3 days. IMD Bengaluru Director N. Puviyarasan stated that temperatures are expected to rise slightly as easterly winds begin prevailing soon.
