Karkala – Sudeeksha, a student of Christ King English Medium High School, has earned selection for the upcoming state-level karate tournament.
Currently studying in Grade 8, she secured this achievement by clinching a gold medal in the Udupi district-level karate competition. The event was conducted under the age group 14–17 girls’ category at St. Francis Xavier English Medium School, Udyavar, organized by the School Education Department, Zilla Panchayat Udupi, and the district administration.
The school also celebrated the success of other participants. Sharvi (Grade 7) and Advith (Grade 8) secured second place in their respective categories, showcasing the school’s growing talent in martial arts.
Teachers and classmates congratulated the young achievers, expressing confidence that they will continue to bring pride to the institution at higher levels of competition.
