Karwar: A man was saved from drowning at Rabindranath Tagore Beach in Karwar on Sunday.
Bablu Shane, a factory worker from West Bengal who lives in Karwar, was enjoying a day at the beach when he got into trouble in the water. He couldn’t swim and started struggling.
Luckily, lifeguards and water sports workers saw what was happening. They quickly jumped on a jet ski and raced out to get Shane. They pulled him to safety, and he was alright.
