Police are searching for Koli Karan, a theft case accused from Tamil Nadu, who escaped from Sullia Government Hospital during a medical check-up. Karan had been evading court for years following a theft in Kallugundi and was arrested on Saturday. However, before he could be presented in court, he fled from the hospital. Despite extensive efforts, police have been unable to locate him.
Authorities are urging the public to provide any information that could lead to his arrest. Sunday’s search efforts remained unsuccessful.
