At St. Michael’s Church, Infant Jesus was placed in a beautifully prepared crib at midnight by Rev. Fr. George Deepak, who also led the midnight mass. Thousands of devotees attended, joining in heartfelt prayers to mark the holy occasion. The streets of Madikeri echoed the festive cheer as tourists joined locals in celebrating.
Virajpet MLA A.S. Ponnanna participated in the Christmas festivities at the historic St. Anne’s Church in Virajpet. The special prayers were led by Rev. Fr. Madalaimuthu and Rev. Fr. James Dominic, drawing a large congregation.
