The survey also reveals that Fortnite is the best game to play when players need to burn calories. Fortnite gamers can burn an average of 194 calories per gaming session.

Call of Duty Warzone falls two places behind Fortnite regarding games that help users burn calories. Participants can burn about 188 calories per Call of Duty Warzone session on average.

Betway’s survey also revealed that gamers’ heart rates peaked when playing Call of Duty Warzone. The game can get a user’s heart rate, reaching 119 beats per minute (BPM), scoring the game with the most average maximum heart rate.

3. Grand Theft Auto V

The Grand Theft Auto V affords users an immersive fitness experience with features like the Grand Theft Bike V mod. The mod can be attached to the vehicles the user rides in the game, giving them real-time feedback as they explore GTA’s fictional Los Santos city.
