New Delhi: Singer Mika Singh offered a rare glimpse into his sprawling 100-acre farmhouse on the outskirts of the national capital, as filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan visited the property for an episode of Fun with Farah.

Surrounded by lush greenery, mustard fields, and cultivated farmland, the estate stands out not just for its scale but also for its unique blend of luxury, spirituality, and functionality.

A massive estate with diverse features

Spread across 100 acres, Mika Singh’s farmhouse is more than just a residence—it is a self-sustained ecosystem. The property includes vast mustard fields and areas dedicated to growing vegetables and fruits, highlighting a connection to nature alongside opulence.

During the visit, Farah Khan remarked that the location was grand enough to serve as a full-fledged film set, given its expansive layout and scenic beauty.

Spiritual spaces within the property

One of the most distinctive aspects of the farmhouse is the presence of a gurudwara within the premises, where religious chants continue round the clock. The space reflects Mika Singh’s spiritual roots, which began with performing kirtans in his early years.

In addition to the gurudwara, the property also houses a temple, further emphasising a blend of faith and personal belief systems within the estate.

Helipad and entertainment zones

The farmhouse also features a private helipad overlooking the fields, adding to its exclusivity. The scenic setting even reminded Farah Khan of iconic Bollywood visuals, prompting a light-hearted reference to Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.

Another highlight is a private studio on the premises, designed to host performances and gatherings. Mika revealed that the space can accommodate around 4,000 to 5,000 people, making it suitable for concerts and large events.

A blend of luxury and traditional living

The farmhouse also includes an open kitchen equipped with traditional wood-fired stoves (chulhas), where meals are prepared using age-old cooking methods. Farah described the setup as “mind-blowing”, appreciating the rustic charm within a luxurious setting.

The estate supports a large workforce, with nearly 200 people working on the property during the day and around 50 staying overnight. It is also home to several animals, including horses, with one named Sundari being Mika’s favourite.

Inside the lavish interiors

Inside the main residence, the décor reflects simplicity with a touch of elegance. The living room features pastel-coloured walls and neatly arranged seating, creating a spacious and comfortable environment.

Farah Khan humorously described the interiors as resembling a bachelor’s pad, suggesting that a feminine touch might have added more warmth and aesthetic detailing.

Food and hospitality

The visit concluded with a traditional North Indian meal, including dishes like gajar-matar sabzi and saag. Known for his hospitality, Mika ensured his guests had an enjoyable and memorable experience.

A glimpse into Mika Singh’s world

Beyond luxury, the farmhouse also reflects Mika Singh’s philanthropic efforts through his initiative “Divine Touch”, which supports the education and skill development of underprivileged girls.

Conclusion

Mika Singh’s 100-acre Delhi farmhouse stands as a unique blend of grandeur, spirituality, and sustainability. From a helipad and private concert space to farms and religious structures, the property offers a glimpse into a lifestyle that balances opulence with tradition.
