Chandrudu’s culinary journey began in 1992 as a commis chef at ITC Park Sheraton Chennai, where he laid the foundation for his passion for culinary excellence. His career includes notable tenures at Hilton Garden Inn & Hilton Manyata Business Park, UCC Corporate, Doubletree Suites by Hilton Bangalore, and Sofitel Mumbai BKC.
