Mangaluru: A 19-year-old youth who sustained serious injuries after allegedly falling from an upper floor during a surfing party at a guest house in the Arand area of Pavanje two months ago has died despite undergoing treatment for nearly two months.
The deceased has been identified as Kishore, 19. He was reportedly employed with a private company and is survived by his mother and brother.
Youth allegedly fell during party
According to the information available, Kishore had been invited to a party organised by a Chennai-based surfing team along with local residents in the Arand area.
During the gathering, he allegedly fell from an upper floor of the guest house and suffered severe injuries. Questions have been raised over the circumstances surrounding the incident and the events that followed the fall.
It has been alleged that Kishore was not taken to a hospital immediately after sustaining the injuries. He was reportedly admitted for medical treatment only on the following day.
