Collision Between Lorry and KSRTC Bus Injures Eight Near Kadabettu Cross

Eight individuals, including a student, sustained injuries in a collision between a lorry and a KSRTC bus near Kadabettu cross in Vagga on May 29, Wednesday.

The injured parties include bus driver Umesh, passengers Nalini, Rakshan Venugopal, Taranath, Rohini, and lorry driver Mahesh from Chitradurga.

The accident occurred when the lorry driver lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a curve at Karinja Kadabettu, resulting in a collision with the bus before overturning.

Bantwal Traffic Police have registered a case.
