Rajesh Nayak, Trustee Manager of the Bhatkal Education Trust, emphasized the significance of the Community Life Camp organized by Shri Jnaneshwari College of Education, Bhatkal, at the Shri Durga Parameshwari Girijan Youth Association’s auditorium in Hadloor. The camp, spanning three days, imparts crucial living skills, including patience, tolerance, adaptability, and leadership qualities, while fostering harmony with the environment.
The event commenced with an inauguration by Krishna Masti Gonda, a senior member of the village, and witnessed the presence of various dignitaries, including members of the Karnataka State Government Employees Association and local village representatives.
Dr. Virendra V. Shanbhag, Principal of Shri Jnaneshwari College of Education, delivered an introductory address, setting the tone for the program. The camp featured lectures, demonstrations, and entertainment programs, with sessions led by folk artists and cultural experts, aiming to enrich participants’ understanding of folk art, social customs, and traditional music.
Trainees actively participated in dialogue performances and entertainment programs, showcasing their talents and cultural heritage. The contributions of Principal Dr. Virendra V. Shanbhag and Karnataka State Government Employees Association member Prakash Shirali were acknowledged and honored by the villagers for their dedication to community development.
