Mangaluru to host a grand gathering of communicators and leaders at The Avatar Hotel Convention Centre from May 16 to 18
The vibrant coastal city of Mangaluru is all set to host Crescendo100@Kudla, the flagship annual conference of Toastmasters International District 121, from May 16 to 18, 2025, at the Avatar Hotel – Convention Centre. This much-anticipated gathering will bring together 450 delegates from over 150 clubs across Karnataka and Kerala, united by a shared passion for public speaking, leadership, and personal growth.
This year’s conference holds special significance as it coincides with the centenary of Toastmasters International, marking 100 years of empowering communicators and leaders across the globe. The title Crescendo100@Kudla celebrates this historic milestone while spotlighting Mangaluru’s rising stature in the global Toastmasters movement.
Backed by over three decades of Toastmasters presence in Mangaluru and its neighboring towns, the three-day event is being hosted by a spirited local team. The conference agenda is rich and diverse—featuring insightful keynotes, district-level speech contests showcasing top orators, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and vibrant cultural performances. Designed to inspire, inform, and connect, Crescendo100@Kudla promises a dynamic blend of learning, leadership, culture, and camaraderie—the very essence of Toastmasters.
A stellar speaker lineup includes Dananjaya Hettiarachchi, the 2014 World Champion of Public Speaking, alongside thought leaders like Saveen Hegde (design thinking expert), Anushka Jaisinghani (entrepreneur), K. Ullas Kamath (business leader), Junior Shankar (illusionist), and Pawas Chandra, International Director for Region 13 (India & Southeast Asia).
