Mangaluru – The Youth Empowerment and Sports Department will conduct the district-level selection trials for admission to the Dakshina Kannada District Sports Hostel for the academic year 2025-26 on August 16 at 10:00 am at Mangala Stadium.
Only students who will be studying in Class 5 in the 2025-26 academic year are eligible to participate. Young athletes from across the district are encouraged to attend in large numbers for the selection process.
Participants must report to Mangala Stadium by 10:00 am on the trial day and carry an officially certified birth certificate for verification.
