MOODBIDRI: A fire broke out in a construction mat used for highway work by DBL Construction Company at Todar in Moodbidri on Tuesday, October 27. No casualties were reported.
The incident occurred at a worksite along the Mangaluru–Bikarnakatte–Savanur National Highway construction project. The mat suddenly caught fire and was soon engulfed in flames.
