Mohammed Basheer, a long-time fugitive from Renjala in Karkala, has finally been caught by city authorities after evading capture for over three decades.
Law enforcement apprehended Basheer in Mangaluru’s Central Market area on September 21.
The arrest was carried out by head constable Suresh, along with constables Hemant Kumar, Shivakumar, and Gaddiah Hiremath, who were assigned to a special operation.
