Mangaluru: Another song from the upcoming Tulu-Kannada bilingual film ‘Picture’, starring newcomer Nithyaprakash Bantwal, has been released and is rapidly gaining popularity among music lovers. Titled ‘Gokulada Radhe’, the romantic track has struck a chord with audiences and is trending across digital platforms ahead of the film’s theatrical release on July 24.

Released on the Anand Audio YouTube channel, the song has received an enthusiastic response in both its Kannada and Tulu versions, garnering a significant number of views and appreciation for its melody, visuals and vocals.

Directed by Sandeep Bedra and produced by Shilpa Ganesh under the Golden Movies banner, Picture is gearing up for a simultaneous release in Kannada and Tulu.

Producer Shilpa Ganesh lends her voice

One of the unique aspects of ‘Gokulada Radhe’ is that producer Shilpa Ganesh has also lent her voice to the song.

She shares the vocals with Jaskaran Singh, who earned recognition through Dwapara. Their rendition has been well received by listeners, contributing to the growing popularity of the track.

The music has been composed by Samuel Abhi, while the Kannada lyrics have been penned by Arasu Anthare. The Tulu version of the song has been written by Keerthan Bhandary, ensuring that audiences of both languages can enjoy the composition in their native tongue.

Kashmir backdrop adds visual appeal

A major highlight of ‘Gokulada Radhe’ is its picturesque visuals, as the song was filmed amidst the scenic landscapes of Kashmir.

According to the makers, Picture is the first Tulu film to be shot in Kashmir, adding a distinctive visual identity to the movie.

Second chartbuster from the film

The latest release follows the success of the previously launched song ‘Thaka Thaka Nalipuga’, which had already become popular among audiences.

Produced under the Golden Movies banner, Picture has its story, screenplay and dialogues written by director Sandeep Bedra.

The cinematography has been handled by Santosh Rai Pathaje and Chandrashekhar K S, while Raju Aryan has taken charge of editing.

The choreography has been crafted by Dhananjay B and Sriraju, with Radhesh and Santosh Poojary serving as art directors.

The action sequences have been directed by veteran stunt choreographer Thriller Manju.

With two songs already receiving an encouraging response and the distinction of being the first Tulu film shot in Kashmir, Picture is generating considerable buzz ahead of its release.
