Mangaluru: The Karnataka government has distributed compensation cheques of ₹5 lakh each to the families of the three people who lost their lives in the tragic wall collapse at Kankanady in the early hours of July 1. The government has also announced that it will bear the entire medical expenses of those injured in the incident.
