MANGALURU: The Enfold Proactive Health Trust, in collaboration with Hanns Seidel Stiftung-India and supported by Mangaluru City Police, the Department of Women and Child Development (DWCD), and various NGOs, successfully conducted a two-day training of trainers program titled “To Become Safe Responders in Case of Sexual Violence” on July 23 and 24 at AJ Grand Elite, Mangaluru.
The event, initiated at the insistence of Commissioner of Police Anupam Agrawal, aimed to enhance the skills of key stakeholders in preventing and responding to sexual violence. It fostered a collaborative approach among various stakeholders and facilitated discussion on critical issues. The training was attended by 42 participants from DWCD, Mangaluru City Police, and various NGOs.
